Me

In 1998 I graduated from the Digital Arts Program at CDIS Burnaby (Canada).  During school I landed my first job with a video game company and have worked in the 3D graphics industry ever since.

Since then I've worked pretty much exclusively in the Vancouver-area games biz, though I've also done contract work (mostly for engineering/aerospace firms.)

Titles I've Worked On:

Fullmetal Alchemist: Trading Card Game (Destineer)
Artist

The Sims2 Pets for Mobile (EA)
Artist

Artist
(that's my box art)

Contributing Artist

Artist
(my box art - and yes, those are spaceships made from
ergonomic keyboards)

Artist
(originally my box art, until the layout guy went
nuts with the gradients)

Some Non-Video-Game Work:

1950s-Inspired Kitchen Appliances

Poker Table Rendering

Satellite Rendering of RADARSAT-2
From the original CAD drawings.

Still from a Mining Company Video
(the lines are shafts, the blobs are ore bodies)

3D Software I Use:

Discreet Max primarily, and when I'm not using that Alias Maya.  I've also worked with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, plus some other obscure tools.

Platforms I Use:

Wintel mostly - primarily due to Max being Windows-only.  I'm familiar with Irix/SGI as well as Mac & Linux.

Resume & portfolio on request.
